ASC has decided to put together a Cayman Live-a-Board trip.

The trip will be 

August 16-23, 2008.

I have found out that the Airlines have been changing their prices daily and until booked they are subject to change quickly.

If you are interested I need to know ASAP as the vessel is already booking up.

 This means don't wait a week or month as the rooms will be taken or the airfare will be very expensive. 

 

Room 1 Master Room  $2,495.00 per person / double occupancy

Rooms 2-7 Deluxe Rooms $2,295.00 per person

Rooms 9&10 Twin Share with single bathroom  $2,095.00 per person

33% deposit down required for boat.

- "Master" staterooms are larger and can have different configurations depending on the yacht. They can have a double bed, a queen or 2 singles that make into a queen (couples preferred).
- "Deluxe" staterooms have a double bed and one single bunk.
- "Twin" staterooms have two single bunks (singles preferred) and share a bathroom with one other stateroom.
- "Quad" staterooms have four single bunks (singles preferred) and bathrooms are sometimes next door to the stateroom.

CHARTERS INCLUDE:
• Accommodations aboard the vessel
• Diving • Compressed air tanks, weights & weight belts
• All meals and snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, local beer and wine (We are happy to accommodate most special dietary requests)


CHARTERS DO NOT INCLUDE:
• Airfare (international and domestic)
• Insurance
• Equipment rentals
• Nitrox fills
• Certification or specialty courses
• Hotel stays/day rooms
• Dinner on final evening
• Crew gratuity
• Port/park fees and/or taxes (when applicable)
• Fuel surcharge on charter $100.00 per person before1/3/09

There is a USD $100 per guest fuel surcharge which is to be

paid at the end of the charter when settling your bill.

Note: If diving NITROX

Nitrox Unlimited: $100
This includes all Nitrox fills at 32% for certified Nitrox Diver, proof of certification required.

Individuals: If a cancellation is made:

  1. 121 days or more prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  2. 120 - 91 days prior to departure, 50% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  3. 90 - 61 days prior to departure, 75% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  4. 60 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available.
